Kerala Ink is a family-owned lifestyle brand celebrating Malayalee culture with bold, modern, meaningful designs. Every item is lovingly created by us and our kids, blending tradition, humor, nostalgia, and everyday Malayalee pride.

2. Where do your products ship from?

All items are printed and fulfilled through trusted production partners in the United States. Your order ships from the facility closest to you for faster delivery.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Kerala Ink ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Typical timelines are:

  • Processing: 2–5 business days

  • U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days

  • International delivery: 7–21 business days
    You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each item is printed on demand, we accept returns or replacements only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
If something arrives incorrect, simply use our Contact Us form on the website within 7 days of delivery and include a photo.

6. What if I ordered the wrong size?

We encourage checking the size chart carefully before ordering, as we cannot provide free size exchanges.
But if you made a mistake, reach out through the Contact Us form and we’ll do what we can to help.

7. Are your shirts true to size?

Yes. Our tees follow standard U.S. sizing and are pre-shrunk. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized look, consider sizing up. Follow the washing instructions after purchases! 

8. Who designs the artwork?

Every design in our shop is created entirely by our family... just us and our kids! 
It’s our way of sharing Kerala culture across generations and creating merch with heart, creativity, and authenticity.

9. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Yes! Whether it’s for a wedding, reunion, church event, dance team, or a Malayalee-themed celebration, we can help.
